I chosen vintage knocker style drawer pulls lion heads with rings which very much pulls all idea together. Its very soft and gentle colour which very much compliments very grand and ornate pulls finished in silver. I truly wanted to achieve an authentic French shabby chic look without distressing piece of furniture. Instead I used anthracite colour wax on the edges and around decorative details. Enhancing the shapes, but also adding naturally aged patina.
