- Refurbished mid century modern chest of drawers from British maker Europa. .
- Painted Black (Onyx eggshell from Benjamin Moore) - water and scratch resistant
- Decorated front & sides with curvy retro wallpaper (The Curious Department – Rebel Knit Onyx)
- 4 drawers
- Width – 75.5 cm. Depth – 46 cm. Height – 82 cm.

This well made and solidly built teak and teak veneer chest of drawers, sits on the most gorgeous retro legs.
The wallpaper is called Rebel Knit by The Curious Dept – “the curvy swervy intertwining loops have been inspired by the organic geometry of 1970’s Italian luxury hotelier upholstery…..this arresting pattern is a maze for the mind and a treat for the eyes”. The wallpaper has been given multiple coats of satin varnish for protection.
There are 4 drawers, all of which run smoothly.
Easy to care for - wipe with dry / damp microfibre cloth.
Condition - This is a refinished vintage item, and may show some signs of wear commensurate with it's age. This piece is in very good condition. Any questions please ask.

"I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years".

"I don’t like to match furniture and love mish mash, quirky and odd looking things lol. I absolutely love them. My house is 203 years old and is grade II listed. I think it makes an old cottage come alive and puts a modern twist on it. I love furniture that tells a story or gets people talking at a house party".
