Whilst every care has been taken to bring this piece back to a high standard, some age-related imperfections may be present which only add to the character of the piece. These in no way detract from the beauty and functionality, only adding to its uniqueness.
We use only high-quality products manufactured in the UK in order to give a professional finish to my pieces. Furniture paint can take up to 28 days to fully cure. During this time, additional care should be taken. Placemats/coasters should always be used and spillages cleaned up immediately. A regular wipe over with a damp, lint free cloth is all that is needed to keep you piece in great condition. A care package is included with your purchase should you need a touch up in the future as accidents do happen.

"I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years".

"I don’t like to match furniture and love mish mash, quirky and odd looking things lol. I absolutely love them. My house is 203 years old and is grade II listed. I think it makes an old cottage come alive and puts a modern twist on it. I love furniture that tells a story or gets people talking at a house party".
