These solid mahogany tables have been hand crafted and can be found in the Ancient Mariner mahogany range. They feature curved cabriole legs with hoof feet, a tiered under lip, waterfall-edge top, plus a decorative drawer front.
I have hand painted them in Vintro ‘Teal’ chalk paint, lightly distressed on the edges and sealed with clear wax. This fab colour has certainly given them a modern contemporary look. I have also applied hemp oil to the top and drawer to enrich the colour of the mahogany wood.
Ideal to use as bedside tables or can even be used either side of your sofa as lamp tables.
The tables are a natural solid piece of furniture and therefore have unique patterns, grain variations, and occasional knots in the wood surface. This will not have any impact on durability, strength and integrity of the tables. Wood lives on in furniture, it breathes and moves overtime, so minor movements that may occur in the wood are totally natural.
Please use coasters to protect the wood.

"I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years".

"I don’t like to match furniture and love mish mash, quirky and odd looking things lol. I absolutely love them. My house is 203 years old and is grade II listed.
