Unlock the charm of the past with this meticulously preserved 1950s wardrobe, a timeless treasure that has been cherished and lovingly maintained by its original owner. It’s a little piece of furniture history that has now been restyled with a fresh, modern, and floral twist, combining the elegance of mid-century design with contemporary aesthetics, whilst retaining the essence of its original charm.

Given this piece’s heritage, the choice of a 1950s-style wallpaper by Lust Home, aptly named "Creatures of the Night", in the stunning Garnet Red and Aqua Blue colourway, was the obvious choice, showcasing, as it does, big blousy roses reminiscent of that era with moths drawn irresistibly toward its contents. The result is a fusion of vintage allure and contemporary design.

Open the door to reveal an interior painted in a complementary, soothing, pale avocado green, bringing a touch of tranquillity, whilst the vivid bright pink punch of the hanging rail infuses energy and character, and adds just a touch more pizzazz.

Every inch of this wardrobe has been meticulously styled, from the door and front to the sides, with custom turquoise blue paint accents to the trim mouldings, highlighting the classic lines of the piece. And, as if that isn’t enough, preserving its authenticity, the single door still has its original working lock and key, perfect for securing

Lightweight, compact, and bijou are the perfect credentials this wardrobe offers for versatility. It can be a glamorous addition to any guest room, child's or teenager's bedroom. Or why not utilise it to create a stunning and welcoming arrival in your hallway, in which you can store your coats, shoes and boots, keeping the entrance to your home tidy and organised? Being lightweight makes it a breeze and versatile to manoeuvre around your home if you choose to change or rearrange your decor.

And just in case you didn’t know….. CWS, founded in around 1860, stands for Co-operative Wholesale Society and was the forerunner of the Co-op Group we know today.

So, don’t miss your chance to own this stunning piece, perfectly formed, beautifully reimagined, with a history and pedigree that just adds to its allure.

"They are beautiful. I don’t like to match furniture and love mish mash, quirky and odd looking things lol. I absolutely love them. My house is 203 years old and is grade II listed. I think it makes an old cottage come alive and puts a modern twist on it. I love furniture that tells a story or gets people talking at a house party".

Hall Entry Table

I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years. Thank you Mandy.

Singer Sewing Table

I purchased a sowing table from you in April for my sisters birthday but wanted to send you photos when she had planted some flowers. It does look impressive.

Art Deco Drinks Cabinet

I’m still faffing with the cabinet, getting it the right place in our lounge. Everyone absolutely loves it, my mom and sister in particular, even my 10 year old son!

Beautifully decorated drawers

Very happy with my new drawers. The colour and design is just perfect for the space. I love that I have a unique piece of furniture that’s not off the high street and that they are up cycled when I am trying to be less wasteful.
