including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website. Upcite is a multi-vendor marketplace allowing sellers to list furniture and users (both account holders

By using the Website, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.


3. Changes to Terms
Upcite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of our revised Terms.

are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.


5. Vendor Obligations
Vendors on Upcite are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions and
rights to sell the furniture listed on the Website. Vendors must ensure that their listing
descriptions are accurate and that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Vendors are also responsible for the shipment and quality of the items they sell. Sellers may
also opt-in to “Upcite Shipping” (whereby Upcite arranges the courier service on the seller’s
behalf) in this case, sellers are still responsible for the item during the shipping process.
Sellers also acknowledge that if Upcite helps to generate a sale because of activities on or
off the Upcite.co.uk website Upcite is entitled to a transaction fee from the total value of the sale.


6. Purchaser Obligations
Purchasers agree to provide accurate payment information and acknowledge that they are
responsible for any payments owed for purchases made through the Website.


7. Intellectual Property Rights
