Meet Penelope. She’s a stunning example of a drinks cabinet, although when she arrived in the workshop she was anything but pretty!

She’s a vintage Nathan piece with a ripe ol’ age of about 90-100! To give her an up to date make over she was completely stripped back. Beautiful Moonshadow, a deep teal, has then been applied to her top and sides but her doors and drawer fronts have been left bare and treated with a nourishing wood oil to show of her glorious grain. To complete her new look the beautiful Avian Sanctuary has been added which details peacocks, blossom flowers and more.

She has a lot of storage space with 2 large cupboards, these have been backed with a textured damask design paper which has been finished in gold. She then has 3 good sized drawers max the top being divided making it perfect for all of your cocktail making bits and bobs!

Then on to her drop down door open this to reveal a gold pop out bar area with a new mirror to make all of you favourite drinks on and get the party really started.

FURNITURE CARE -
A careful dusting with a lint free cloth which can be slightly damp. As with all wooden and painted furniture a coaster should be used and harsh chemicals avoided.
Hot drinks and wet items can leave marks.
Pieces are waxed or varnished for protection and with the right love and care can last for years!
