When you have a lovely oak veneered tallboy, it’s difficult to imagine it as anything else - or is it?  Well, at Fab and Funky Furniture, we think differently!  What was once a dated compact tallboy is now a repurposed stunning cocktail/drinks cabinet.  

Both inside and out, the cabinet has been fully refurbished and refinished in an Art Deco style bringing oodles of glamour back to the 21st century.  The cabinet has been hand painted, stained and oiled using black mineral paint, oak, ash and walnut stain and a touch of gold to highlight the carved details. Half round beading has been added to the doors to separate the finishes.

Inside, we have added two oak veneered shelves, the top one fitted on an angle to display those favourite tipples!  A mirrored back and two motion sensor rechargeable led lights add to the wow factor when the doors are open.   A geometric paper has been added to the bottle display area and varnished for protection.  The right hand compartments have been painted in an on trend olive green mineral paint.

With ample storage for bottles, glasses and accessories, this super unique cabinet is sure to be a talking point in any stylish home.
