Made by Scottish furniture manufacturer F.H Marshall &Co from the 1930’s onwards this incredible example of their ‘Talent’ range has been carefully restored and rejuvenated bringing it back to it’s true magnificence.   
The outer has been stripped of its old varnish, veneer damage has been repaired and a nourishing protective oil has been applied to let that incredible grain shine.
A subtle yet impactful series of gold stripes have been added to enhance the art deco curves of this piece. The original bakerlite handles are present and feature a faux tortoise shell design. 
Two good sized cupboards flank the central section. Both have a fixed shelf and feature the most amazing patterns in the wood. They have these smooth, curved corners which accentuate the overall curvature of the piece.  
In the centre are two drawers, the upper with dividers, the lower without. Both have a faux velvet lining to help reduce clatter. both have dove tail joints and run smoothly. 
Between these is a spacious cupboard accessed by these sculptured doors. This area is perfect for storing anything from bottle of spirits to crockery.

This is an up-cycled piece so may show signs of its previous life. There are some scratches in the bottom of the cupboards from historical wear and tear. There is a dark patch on the top right flat surface. Despite my best efforts I couldn’t remove this entirely. Please see photo’s for your consideration.

Delivery/courier costs are based on a two man delivery service as this is a large piece. I use a third party courier who will issue a 3hour delivery window 24hours prior to your delivery date. You are of course welcome to collect from me directly in Hailsham, East Sussex. 
Deliveries to Northern Ireland are possible but will be more than a standard delivery rate. Please let me know if you need a quote to ship to NI.
