The architectural three-part design features two tall glazed display cabinets flanking the central writing bureau, giving the piece the elegant symmetry and strong geometric character associated with Art Deco furniture. The deep aubergine finish creates a dramatic contrast against the warm golden walnut, while the glazed doors keep the overall piece visually light despite its generous storage capacity.

Interior
The central figured-walnut panel folds down to form a practical writing surface, transforming the cabinet into a compact bureau or occasional home-working space.

On either side, two glazed cabinets contain adjustable shelving, allowing the internal configuration to be altered for books, glassware, bottles, ceramics or decorative objects. The interiors have been finished with a striking black-and-metallic geometric Art Deco design, adding detail without overwhelming the original character of the piece.
