We present you vintage sideboard that was upcycled and redesigned as TV console and refinished with bespoke design inspired by great artist Henri Rousseau.
This piece was created as a commission and represents design, rather than actual unit - please keep in mind, that by the nature of commission orders, the furniture will be sourced for you and this design will be applied .
This refinished vintage TV cabinet - sideboard has been painted black with hint of gold to highlight the elegant details. Two spacious cupboards decorated with new brass handles. This type of vintage furniture is perfect for bedroom or hallway storage.
Its unique style is ideal when paired with light-coloured walls or would make perfect addition to maximalist interior.
THIS BESPOKE CABINET IS SOLD, AND SIMILAR CAN BE CREATED BASED ON THIS DESIGN. There is no guarantee that the same cabinet will be sourced, but it would be close enough to the pictures provided.
The product will be delivered with durable varnish for protection and easy care.

This piece had a previous life and could have little signs of it, even after it has been given a fresh look. All upcycled furniture might have minor imperfections due to its age. Even when refinished to the highest standards, handmade items only partially match the factory finish.

A 1-man service is provided. Please contact me before purchasing with your full postcode for an accurate courier quote. I use a professional delivery service from trusted furniture couriers. Alternatively, you can arrange your collection from Chelmsford, Essex.
We can also offer free delivery if you live in a 30-mile radius.

We found this really good website called Upcite where we saw lots of different and unusual furniture. We were after something oldie looking to go under the eaves in our little snug room that has oak beams. This needed to be a specific size and look. Soo pleased when we found the Upcite website with a range of possibilities. We ordered a sideboard and it arrived within a few days and fits perfectly. It now looks lovely with it’s Christmas Garland on! From our experience we would recommend Upcite to others.
I did eventually receive the sideboard after a lot of back and forth, and the seller reached out to me. It arrived with a few scratches but that’s not the sellers fault and can be touched up. The experience however was rather stressful. I wish the seller had been as proactive from the start and not only after I complained, as it is simply nerve wrecking to spend close to £1000 and then never really hear from them and having to chase them repeatedly and the item not being delivered when it was agreed. Overall I am happy with the sideboard, but my experience wasn’t great and that’s how I genuinely feel.
