FREE SPIRIT - Upcycling Project
This coffee table is unique and beautiful with a horse and pony design that has been decoupaged onto the table top. It has Queen Ann legs and a curved plinth on the underside that is painted in dark slate with an inset gold feature.
This piece has been the trial of some new materials and techniques. Hence it does have some imperfections. I have been working on it for several weeks and despite sanding and re-sanding, painting and re-painting, the table top is not completely smooth. This is especially around the blending of the design and the artwork. Enough is enough and ‘Free spirit’ is the best it can be, imperfections and all!
I am now ready to let this project go to a new home at a much discounted price of £30.00 (plus shipping UK only). I would be open to any reasonable offer. I have tried to be as transparent as possible and have included photos of the areas that I consider are not perfect.
