Professionally Refinished Desk / Dressing Table in Black, Gold & Leopard Print (Vanity Table Dresser)

This stunning, super cool and certainly unique leopard print dressing table comes in black with gold painted accents, and gold leaf crackle effects. It also boasts this gorgeous leopard print  velvet fabric across the body, by British designer Becca Who. Original features are made a focal point like the long curved cabriole legs, the shape of the body, and the ornate brass handles. All these details together make for a gorgeous fresh new design. All refinished meticulously by hand with careful attention to detail and high quality finishing. Thanks to this full upcycle inside and out, its ready to be loved for generations again. DETAILS:

Velvet fabric appliquéd to the front and sides. Symmetrical pattern placement/ pattern matching throughout.

Studwork framing the fabric in brass antique finish.

The body is painted jet black. The back is also plain black. All sealed with hard wearing varnish.

Gold leaf detailing on the legs, fading down in a crackle effect into the leg. A further distressed gold leaf effect on the ornate detail on top of the mirror to match.

Beautiful long cabriole legs.

The wooden inside and underneath has been restored and treated with a rejuvenating wax oil - all hard wearing.

The middle drawing has a gold hardwearing vinyl lining that is wipeable - perfect for a make up drawer!

Original antique brass ornate handles and hardware.

During the process the entire piece has been stripped, sanded smooth, thoroughly cleaned, painted, finished and sealed by hand and using professional products.

It is part of the items character and history. I do pride myself on the finish I achieve when restoring an item so any marks should be very minor. Any antique glass or mirrors may have small scratches or a patina due to age again but nothing major. I do not accept refunds due to this nature.
