A lovely set of three Edwardian mahogany bedroom chairs, elegant in form with classic proportions and attractive period character. Crafted from mahogany, the chairs have a warm rich tone and simple understated styling that would suit both traditional and eclectic interiors.

Each chair retains its original subtle green upholstered seat pad, which complements the dark timber nicely, though the upholstery could easily be refreshed or changed to suit individual taste.

The chairs are stamped underneath: “John Wood & Son Ltd, George Street, Altrincham” — adding an interesting touch of provenance and authenticity.

A charming and practical matching set ideal for bedroom, hallway, dressing room or occasional seating use.

Condition: Overall in good condition for their age. Solid and sturdy throughout with general age-related wear consistent with use. Seat pads show signs of age and would benefit from recovering if desired.
