ABOUT ME
With over 25 years of crafting experience, I hand make every piece from solid wood frames using hand-dyed leather.
I started as a self-taught trunk maker, then spent years restoring antique luggage — that's where the obsession with quality leather, solid construction, and timeless design took root.
Every piece is built by my hands in my English workshop in Nottingham. I use only vegetable tan and bridle leather, hand-dyed to order on solid hardwood frames with brass hardware that develops character with every year.
No shortcuts. No factories. No compromises.
Each piece carries my signature because it carries my commitment to craft that lasts a lifetime.
Built to last generations.

FAQ #1: What type of wood do you use in your furniture? Is the wood truly reclaimed/recycled?
We use sustainably sourced FSC-certified hardwood. Every piece is responsibly harvested and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council to ensure environmental integrity. We don't use particle board or veneers — only genuine, sustainable hardwood built to last generations.
FAQ #2: Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes. Every piece can be made to your exact specifications — any size, any colour, any finish. We handcraft to order in our English workshop, so we can tailor dimensions, leather colours, hardwood types, hardware, and finishes to your needs. Message us with your requirements and we'll respond within a few hours with a custom quote
FAQ #3: Do you ship internationally? How long does it take to ship?
We ship worldwide — fully tracked and insured. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after your order is completed and ready to ship. All shipments include full insurance and tracking from our workshop to your door. We cover all customs duties and import taxes, so there are no surprise fees.
FAQ #4: What finish do you use on your products?
We hand-dye all our leathers using traditional methods. For leather care, simply dust regularly with a dry cloth — that's all you need to keep your piece in top condition. Our leather is natural, so it ages and breathes naturally over time. The patina will deepen, the colour will develop character, and the leather will soften — this is the beauty of authentic natural leather.
FAQ #5: How should I care for and maintain my furniture?
A simple dry cloth is all you need to keep your items in top condition. Dust regularly to remove debris. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat. For spills on leather, wipe immediately with a damp cloth. That's it — our pieces are built to last generations with minimal maintenance.
FAQ #6: Are there variations in colour/grain of the wood and leather?
Every piece of leather reacts differently to our hand-dye process. You will receive the colour you requested, but because we hand-dye — not spray — each piece develops its own unique character. No two pieces are identical. These subtle variations are proof of authentic handmade craftsmanship, not flaws. This is the beauty of working with natural materials — your piece becomes uniquely yours.
FAQ #7: How do I assemble my products?
No assembly required. Your piece arrives fully assembled and ready to use. The only exception is if you've ordered optional feet — these are attached easily upon receipt. If you have any questions during installation, message us and we're here to help.
FAQ #8: What is your return policy?
We offer a full 30-day return on all our products. If there are any issues with quality or craftsmanship, we'll do our best to rectify the problem. We stand behind our work. Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you have concerns.
FAQ #9: Can I request a specific leather colour or finish?
Yes. We can match any colour or finish you require. Any of our products can be made to any size and colour. If you have a specific colour preference, message us and we'll discuss options. We hand-dye to order, so custom colours are our specialty.
FAQ #10: How durable is the furniture?
It will last generations and only enhance in beauty as it matures. We use sustainably sourced FSC hardwood, hand-dyed natural leather, and hand-crafted construction — the same methods used fifty years ago. Proper care means these pieces will outlive trends and become family heirlooms. Many of our customers report their pieces are still in perfect condition after decades.

"I don’t like to match furniture and love mish mash, quirky and odd looking things lol. I absolutely love them. My house is 203 years old and is grade II listed. I think it makes an old cottage come alive and puts a modern twist on it. I love furniture that tells a story or gets people talking at a house party".
