This item is an antique George II walnut writing bureau, likely dating from the early 18th century, featuring exquisite figured veneers and a fall-front that opens to a fitted interior.

Style: Early Georgian / Queen Anne period aesthetics.

Material: constructed from walnut wood.

Features: Includes a fall-front desk surface, numerous small interior drawers/pigeonholes, and graduated lower drawers with brass handles.

We have thoroughly cleaned the item inside and out.

The exterior has been lightly polished.

The internals have been treated with orange furniture oil. 

There is one small bit of damage to the veneer as shown in the photos.
