A very handsome Georgian mahogany desk from the early 1800s. It features one frieze drawer with a deep single drawer underneath, on either side of the kneehole. This item is in very nice, authentic condition with a deep, rich patina. All original lion's head brass handles are still in place, along with some of the classic Georgian blue lining paper in the drawers. The frame is sound and strong with no wobbles, and all drawers move well. Measurements: Height 78 cm, Depth 50 cm, Width 108 cm. Knee gap height 60 cm, width 41 cm. Collection from Winchester.
