A classic regency period mahogany chest of drawers on bracket feet with 3 drawers which graduate up in size. I think that the mahogany is solid rather than veneer and it's been finished in a dark varnish which has probably been redone in the past, but not recently. This is a good quality piece with a solid back which will last for years to come.

In good condition for its age with wear and tear commensurate with age. There's some scratches to the top, mainly to the right hand side, some marks and some areas where the varnish has worn thin revealing the lighter colour underneath. The drawers have a few small areas of beading missing and historic repairs to some bits of beading. The drawer bases have previously been taped and glued where the boards meet, but they're all strong and complete. The knobs are not original and you can just see under the varnish where the old handle holes were either side of the knobs. The key is missing, but all drawers are unlocked. All drawers run freely.

We don’t use the cheapest couriers around for a reason…….we want your item to arrive in the condition that it left us in, and we value happy customers !!!

IMPORTANT:
Your item will be dispatched the week after you place your order, we cannot usually dispatch in the same week that you place your order. This means that your order will generally take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, deliveries to Scotland may take longer.

This could be any day between Monday and Friday but we will advise you of the proposed day prior to booking the couriers in to check if this is convenient for you. If you have any specific dates in mind please contact us prior to purchase so that we can check whether our couriers can be in your area on this day.

You will need to provide us with a mobile number at check out for us to pass onto the couriers.

Delivery will be handled by a two man team is to the GROUND floor of your home only.
