A huge plank top pine farmhouse dining table with a lovely pale, thick top and cream painted legs. The top just slots into place on top of the frame so no tools are required to assemble it. Please note that the legs and frame are one piece and no not dismantle, so please ensure that you have adequate access to accommodate getting this into your home. This will sit approximately 10 people depending on your chair widths. This is fairly modern, probably made in the last 20 years.

The top is in very good condition, it looks to have been sanded fairly recently, there's a few scratches and minor water mark, but nothing detrimental. Some of the gaps between planks have opened up a little with age meaning that you can just see daylight through. One corner of the top has warped up ever so slightly meaning there's a little gap between the top and the base, but this doesn't effect use. There's lots of marks, chips and wear to the paint which gives it a really rustic look. The top hasn't got any wax or finish on it so it has no stain protection, we'll leave it upto the new owner whether you want to leave it as a scrub top or apply wax, oil or varnish to it. There's some small cracks near the pegged areas at the top of the legs, these have been clamped and glued to stabilise them and new brackets have been added to the inside of the frame to give it strength which means that the table is very strong and sturdy.

We can deliver to you ourselves within an hour of Leigh On Mendip, Radstock for a small charge, but please MESSAGE US with your postcode details BEFORE PURCHASING for us to agree a date and delivery price with you, and we will personally deliver the item to your door. 

For deliveries further afield, EXCLUDING SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, ISLANDS and IRELAND, we use tried and trusted independent couriers who offer a 2 hour time slot and specialise in the careful shipping of furniture to ensure your item arrives on time, damage free and by friendly helpful people. We don’t use the cheapest couriers around for a reason…….we want your item to arrive in the condition that it left us in, and we value happy customers !!!

This could be any day between Monday and Friday, we would pass your details and they will be in touch with you to give you a delivery date and the day before you will receive a 2 hour timeslot. If this date isn’t convenient you can contact them to rearrange to another date. If you have any specific dates in mind please contact us prior to purchase so that we can check whether our couriers can be in your area on this day.

• Delivery will be handled by a two man team.
