This fabulous Mid Century Sideboard made in the UK by Schreiber in the 1960's has 2 sliding doors and 3 central drawers.
The frame and drawers have been hand sanded and painted in Midnight Blue by Fusion Mineral Paint. We stripped the handles of their old finish hand sanded, and painted in a colour to complement the rich blue and internal colour of the wood. Finally the whole piece was given a double coat of a wax finish varnish.
Inside we have conditioned the wood using Hemp Oil by Fusion Mineral Paint to bring out the rich tones in the wood, and the drawers have been lined in a jungle print wallpaper using solvent free wallpaper paste.

This item has been restored with care and great attention to detail. A few minor charming imperfections may still show, as a sign of its past life.
