Completely refurbished and refinished in eco friendly paint in Gul Rock.
Exposed wood refinished in country walnut stain, glass doors to keep your valuables dust free and handy little drawers for all your nick backs.
Featuring a beautiful muted rabbit scene on the back panel the whole unit has been protected with several coats of Matt wax finish varnish to ensure longevity.

The perfect addition to any living room.or hallway, this gorgeous Nathan display cabinet/bookcase has been lovingly restored and refinished in the perfect shade of Cream/Grey (Gul Rock). The handles have been replaced with cute little crystal handles. The exposed wood drawers and internal shelf have been stripped back and stained with country walnut for a timeless sophisticated look, and back panel decoupaged with a beautiful rabbit paper. Internally the drawers have been treated with the gorgeous smelling big momma's butter.
Please note, this unit is vintage and like most of us has a past. Although many many hours have been put into lovingly refurbishing this item there still may be the occasional sign of its previous life which add to its character.

"I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years".

"I don’t like to match furniture and love mish mash, quirky and odd looking things lol. I absolutely love them. My house is 203 years old and is grade II listed. I think it makes an old cottage come alive and puts a modern twist on it. I love furniture that tells a story or gets people talking at a house party".
