This piece needed some work around new putty which was fitted and gilded. The main piece has been painted in Fusion Mineral's "Lichin" green with the dark green being their "Manor House."
Rose and leaf emblems fitted and gilded and the bottom shelf shabby chic gold leafed.
A beautiful peacock mural made-to-measure paper was fitted to the back. The original lock and key fitted with a tassle.
Does this piece have small signs of imperfections? yes. Does it still look beautiful and have years left to give? Also a yes.
Fully sealed with a dead flat varnish.
