If you like this item but the size or colour isn't perfect for your home, please contact me and I can design a similar item and create your perfect piece.If you are not happy with your item please contact me within 2 working days of receiving your item. I am unable to except returns for commissioned pieces due to the amount of work that goes in to them and also can not take returns when the item doesn't fit as i always send the measurements with the photo of the item and it is your responsibility to check the size. I will send photos before I send to make sure you are happy with it.

Please use a damp cloth to clean the piece and I would suggest felt pads under neath any items which are placed on top. Be aware that it can take up to 30 days for the paint to cure.

I use a fabulous courier who always gets your item to you in perfect condition. He works alone so if you need a 2 man delivery service I do ask that this is arranged by you as i can only be responsible for a courier that i trust. It is also delivery ground floor only unless organised with the courier directly, I only cover damages to ground floor deliveries if it has been shown to the delivery driver on delivery, so please unwrap whilst he is there. Delivering is separate from my service, I hand this over to my courier who is responsible for organising dates and times and he will be in contact with you to make sure delivery goes smoothly. I

Honey Creates Home are based in a lovely shop/studio in 26 Beach road Littlehampton BN17 5HT West Sussex and you are welcome to visit. We sell elsewhere and at vintage fairs. Unless you have had a modern bespoke item made to order, all the furniture is vintage. I love vintage because of the fabulous character and history of each piece. I will fix broken bits and fill in holes, but I do like to leave evidence of its age and uses over the many years of use. I am unable to except returns for commissioned pieces due to the amount of work that goes in to them
