The cabinet features four exceptionally large, deep drawers, each constructed with traditional dovetail jointing and designed to offer substantial storage capacity. The generous drawer size makes this piece ideal for storing clothing, bed linen, towels and other larger household items, making it as practical as it is visually striking.
The original wooden structure has been preserved in its natural tones, subtly revived with a stain to enhance the depth and warmth of the timber grain.
Its considered colour palette has been thoughtfully selected to allow the piece to sit comfortably within a wide range of interiors, while remaining quietly distinctive in its own right. The frame and legs, finished in a deep midnight blue, provide depth and structure, while delicate carved details are subtly highlighted with pale gold accents, bringing warmth and balance to the overall composition.
The drawers are fitted with authentic Harris Lebus antique gold pull handles, carefully chosen and installed to complement the period aesthetic.
