Add a pop of colour and charm to your space with this professionally upcycled sideboard.  Hand-painted in a soft sage green with gorgeous magnolia floral transfer.  A truly versatile piece of furniture, which could be used for general storage or even as a drinks cabinet.
This classic British-made piece perfectly blends traditional craftsmanship with romantic, contemporary charm and is ready to become a statement piece in you home, wherever you choose to place it.
THE DETAILS
- Maker - Jaycee Furniture
- Approx. age: 1960s/1970s
- Features: 1 smooth gliding drawer.  2 doors, which open to reveal a spacious storage area, with additional storage or display shelf at the bottom.
RESTORATION & FINISH
This piece has undergone a thorough professional transformation:
Prep: Thoroughly cleaned, sanded and primed to ensure a long-lasting finish.
Paint: Tikkurila Helmi 30 in the shade Arctic Willow.  The top has been stained with Dixie Belle Voodoo Gel Stain Au Naturel, giving the wood a muted look whilst still showing the stunning natural woodgrain.
Finish: The top has been waxed with clear and white wax.  The rest of the piece has been lightly distressed.

CONDITION & SUSTAINABILITY
By choosing upcycled furniture, you are giving a second life to a high-quality vintage piece.  All of my pieces have been revamped with great care and attention to detail.  However, they have all had previous lives and will carry some minor signs of their age.
