In good, solid vintage condition. The frame is structurally sound and stable. All three 
drawers pull out exactly as they should. The mirror glass is fully intact without cracks. 
As a genuine antique utility piece, it displays some honest signs of age and light cosmetic 
surface wear, including minor scuffs, light historic marks, and gentle aging to the mirror silvering
