Finished in a rich, moody Forest Green with hand-painted gold detailing that highlights its classic silhouette. The original brass hardware has been polished to pop against the dark finish.
Open the fall-front to reveal a stunning contrast. I’ve kept the internal woodwork original to honour its history, but added a touch of modern character with tweed wallpaper in the cubbies.
This piece is 27 years old and built with quality in mind.
• Note: The original leather inlay does show some marks and light scratches. I chose to keep this original rather than replace it, as it adds a beautiful, authentic "lived-in" patina that only comes with age. There may also be age related marks on the wood..
• Storage: 4 spacious drawers for plenty of hidden storage.
• Function: Sturdy pull-out supports for the writing desk.
• Unique Details: Includes the original key with a decorative tassel.
