This truly wonderful example of the over-the-top design artisans of the Rococo period features an ornate off-white, distressed cream and gold-accented frame with elaborate floral and scroll carvings, upholstered in a traditional green floral patterned damask fabric.with down-filled loose cushion.
The magnificent proportions make this a truly outstanding piece, enough to grace any period property where a theme of elegance and opulence are in order.
The padded sides and back give it a very comfortable cosy feel. 
Please keep in mind that this is an unimproved vintage piece and as such it has normal signs of wear in places with the odd scuffs here and there to the wooden frame. This is afterall what gives it it's character and confirms its age.

A careful carrier will be used to deliver the chair to you at a convenient time.
NOTE. I aim to source / rescue quality furniture that just needs a bit of tlc to restore them to their former glory. I only use high end fabrics to give a bespoke quality feel to each piece. Using such fabrics always enhances the design and makes the whole process so enjoyable for me to work with and of course, for you to enjoy.
In order to comply with British Fire Safety Regulations 1988, all my re-upholstered furniture manufactured after 1st January1950 is re-upholstered using fire retardant material, or contains fire retardant linings such as barrier cloth or wool as a liner / padding.


Please note, most of my furniture pieces are listed on several online market places and one physical shop. As such, on rare occasions it happens that a piece becomes unavailable at short notice.
