OUR CRAFT
Hand-pinned bridle leather is stretched and fixed over a solid hardwood frame, then finished with solid brass hardware — traditional construction methods, built to age and improve for decades rather than wear out. Both pieces in the pair are built and finished together for a matched grain and colour.

Free tracked worldwide shipping on the pair. All import duties and customs fees are prepaid — no surprise charges on delivery, anywhere in the world.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Condition with a quality leather balm every 6–12 months to maintain suppleness. Keep away from direct heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight.

Bespoke builds take a 50% deposit to secure your build slot, with a 5–7 day lead time before dispatch. Questions welcome any time — just ask.

1. Are both chests identical? Yes — built and finished together as a matched pair, though as hand-dyed leather each will show slight natural variation.

2. Can I order just one instead of the pair? Yes — message me if you'd prefer a single bedside chest rather than the set.

3. Can I choose a different leather colour? Yes — available in London Tan, Chestnut, Cognac, Dark Espresso, Oak Aged, Black, Olive Green, Royal Blue, or hand-dyed to any colour on request.

4. Can the size be changed? Yes — height, width, and depth can all be adjusted to fit your space; just message me your requirements before ordering.

5. How many drawers does each chest have? Please message me your preferred drawer count — configuration can be tailored to your storage needs.

6. Does it come with a lock? Not as standard, but locks and keys can be added to both chests on bespoke orders — just ask.

7. How long does delivery take? Bespoke builds have a 5–7 day lead time before dispatch, then tracked shipping to your address.

8. Do I need to assemble it? Both chests arrive fully assembled and ready to use.

9. What's your return policy? 30-day returns on standard pieces. Bespoke or custom-specification builds are excluded from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under UK/EU regulations, but I still offer the same 30-day return as a matter of shop policy.

10. Will I be charged customs or import fees? No — all duties and customs fees are prepaid, so the price you pay is the price you owe, worldwide.
