A characterful vintage oak office desk by Partridge & Cooper (O.E.) Ltd, London, retaining its original maker’s label and wooden handles.
The desk has been carefully cleaned and sympathetically restored, preserving the warm natural oak, original features and genuine signs of age and use. The spacious top has been refinished in hardwax oil while retaining its attractive patina, grain and character marks.
Offering excellent storage and functionality, the desk features four side drawers, a central drawer and two pull-out writing shelves, making it a practical piece for a home office, study or creative workspace.
The original wooden handles and keyhole detail have been retained, while the generous knee space and substantial desktop make it comfortable and useful as well as full of vintage character.
