A charming vintage oak two drawer chest, originally believed to have been part of a dressing chest with a mirror above. A practical compact piece with attractive oak grain and a useful short gallery back.

The chest features two spacious drawers which run well and retain matching decorative handles. The top is generally in good condition with some light age-related wear and marks. One side has a visible scratch as shown in the photographs.

The front presents well overall, with some slight discolouration more noticeable to the right-hand side. There are also small chips and wear to the lower foot brackets consistent with age and use.

There is evidence of historic woodworm which is inactive and has been treated.

A useful and characterful oak piece ideal for bedroom, hallway or occasional storage.
