Beautifully crafted from solid oak, it features distinctive Tudor/Gothic revival styling and an open-arm frame .
The seat and backrest are upholstered in genuine, premium green hide leather
The chair is fully functional, sitting on a sturdy 5-spoke wooden base with smooth-rolling casters. 
Includes full 360-degree swivel, height-adjustable pneumatic lift, and limited backrest tilt functions.

Condition
The chair is in very good condition but has age related wear mainly to the arm rests.
There is some wear to the leather but the type of wear that makes the leather look better.
