Meet Ruby! A lady of the roaring 1920s!

Once a faithful linen sanctuary, now struts her stuff serving as a wine cabinet, featuring a gorgeous walnut veneer top and front, Queen Anne legs, and a touch of old-school charm.

A sumptuous dark blue is her main colour which is enhanced by golden designs at the sides and top, whilst the inside features an opulent Art Deco inspired tropical, navy and gold wallpaper.

The top drawer is elevated with a removable insert that showcases the same wallpaper, providing additional storage space.

The golden Art Deco inspired handles are making her look perfect!

This beauty got a glamourous makeover inside and out, and is ready to be the life of the party, fitting twelve wine glasses and bottles each to keep the good times rolling!

Ruby was refinished with upmost care and high end products, which include:

Vintro’s No Seal Chalk paint in Picasso Blue

Vintro’s Gold Decorative Metallic Paint

Fusion Mineral’s Furniture Wax, Hills of Tuscany, applied to the painted body.

General Finishes Polyacrylic Varnish in Satin for a more durable top.

Odie’s Universal Oil to enhance the walnut veneered drawer and door fronts with a velvety matte/satin finish

Howard’s Feed and Wax adds nourishment to her drawer inside and out.

I am taking a lot of pride in restoring and refinishing my pieces and they are built to last. Please remember though that Ruby is an older lady and will show some minor marks or blemishes which do not take anything away from her timeless charm.

For this reason, I will not be able to accept any refunds.
