This beautiful Edwardian dresser has been refinished to sit perfectly in todays modern classic homes.

The body and very top have been hand painted using a soft taupe mineral paint, before varnishing with a clear top coat for a soft sheen.

The edging of the dresser top has been sanded smooth and the wood tone softened with a light stain to compliment the paint work.

The original ornate swan neck handles and hardware has been removed, cleaned and buffed to a high shine. The polished brass compliments the soft neutral colouring perfectly.

There are two top drawers which have been cleaned and nourished with a natural furniture oil inside.

The two lockable cupboard spaces each have a central shelf, have also been cleaned and nourished with a natural furniture oil. The original key is dressed with a taupe coloured tassel.

Because of its neutral tone it would sit perfectly against other colours, in a kitchen space, hallway or living area. It’s ample storage is perfect for housing bottles, glassware, books or home accessories.

It’s slimmer shape makes this dresser perfect for a hallway or landing area.

This is a beautifully made piece of Edwardian furniture, because of its history there may be signs of age and previous use, but this doesn’t take away from its practicality.
