The wood has been treated using linseed oil to condition and protect.
The table has an inner storage shelf and there is further inner storage behind the door, which still retains its original brass handle. The shapely Queen Anne style legs have been painted using a top coat mixed with a deep gold metallic paste which complements the patina of the wood beautifully.
