Upcycled from a mid-20th century cabinet, this has been cleaned, repaired and painted in mixed shades of blue and green. There are reclaimed silver bar handles. The original door catches have been retained where possible, and a new push catch has been added to the right hand door.
The 2 drawers run smoothly and offer ample storage space in addition to the cupboard space beneath. The interior of the cupboard, the drawer sides and doors have all been enhanced with a rose gold stencilling. All surfaces have been protected with varnish.
Please note that most of my pieces are rescued from landfill and whilst I clean, repair and prep all pieces before upcycling, some signs of ageing and wear and tear cannot be fixed - I like to think these imperfections add to the character of the pieces.
