Bring a little bit of magic into your home with this beautiful fairy themed linen cabinet, turned wardrobe.

Made by the popular mid century furniture maker 'Stag', this robust and solid linen cabinet has been redesigned into a cute little wardrobe for a little girls bedroom.

Painted in a gorgeous soft pale pink named 'Damask' by Fusion Mineral Paint on the majority of the body, leaving the legs and top trim natural wood. The doors and drawers have been adorned with magical fairy and flower garden transfers. The spacious drawers run beautifully smooth and have the most gorgeous metal butterfly/flower handles. New magnetic closures have been fitted for the doors alongside gold fan handles. The doors close quite snug together, but sit straight.

Inside, I have fitted a black matte rail for hanging clothes which comfortably fits up to size 12-18 month clothes before reaching the base. The rail can be removed as and when preferred. If desired, there is a large linen shelf which has five height options. The shelf sits on the third height setting in the pictures, which allows for large space above and below, also allowing for small items to be hung if desired.

Please note: I refinish my furniture with love and great attention to detail, carrying out repair to the best of my abilities without compromising the originality of the piece. However, all furniture items I source have been previously owned and loved so may have age related marks and knocks from wear and tear. This does not compromise the structural integrity of the piece but purely cosmetic. The piece is therefore able to retain its character and this is all part the charm of buying a unique vintage piece of furniture with history. Delivery policy:

You are welcome to collect from me direct in North Norfolk or the item can be shipped to you anywhere in the UK. Please contact me for any international delivery requests. Every piece of furniture will be carefully and thoroughly wrapped and protected prior to shipping. I care about reducing the amount of materials used in today's world so packaging may contain branded or printed boxes which are reused. Feel free to recycle or even reuse the packaging on receipt of your purchase. Delivery can take around 1-2 weeks after purchase while the couriers arrange their routes. As I use independent couriers, I cannot be held responsible for cancelled deliveries and delays.

Returns Policy:

Vintage pieces are sold with all the quirks and characteristics of age. Any major flaws will be described in the item details which I request you please read carefully before purchasing to ensure this is the right piece for you. If you receive an item and are genuinely not happy then of course you can return it to me. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order and return the item within 7 days. Once I have received it and can confirm that it is in the exact same condition as when it left me, I will refund the purchase price. You will not receive a full refund if the item is not received back in its original condition. Every purchase is unique and a one-off piece of furniture and cannot be easily replaced. Therefore any damages incurred in the returns process that require repair will be calculated, explained to you then deducted from refund total. All return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

Any damages sustained during the delivery process must be reported to me within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered by the courier. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and I will not be able to refund or replace the item.

"I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years".

"I am very pleased with the look and quality of the sideboard and enclose a photo of it in-situ in our hallway. It fits perfectly. Thank you for the extreme thoroughness of the packing (it must have taken ages, as it took me a long time to unpack) and it arrived intact. Just one little blip, the tape caught a tiny bit of paint on the bottom edge which came away, but I have been able to touch this in, so no problem with the overall look.
I also added some sensor lights inside to help identify the contents as the interior was dark. They work a treat".

Very happy with item

We found this really good website called Upcite where we saw lots of different and unusual furniture. We were after something oldie looking to go under the eaves in our little snug room that has oak beams. This needed to be a specific size and look. Soo pleased when we found the Upcite website with a range of possibilities. We ordered a sideboard and it arrived within a few days and fits perfectly. It now looks lovely with it’s Christmas Garland on! From our experience we would recommend Upcite to others.

Item is nice but experience wasn't great

I did eventually receive the sideboard after a lot of back and forth, and the seller reached out to me. It arrived with a few scratches but that’s not the sellers fault and can be touched up. The experience however was rather stressful. I wish the seller had been as proactive from the start and not only after I complained, as it is simply nerve wrecking to spend close to £1000 and then never really hear from them and having to chase them repeatedly and the item not being delivered when it was agreed. Overall I am happy with the sideboard, but my experience wasn’t great and that’s how I genuinely feel.
