Manufactured in the mid 20th century, this piece is a wonderful example of traditional craftsmanship and the vintage vibe has been enhanced with the addition of brass toned cup handles.
The "2 over 3" combination of drawers is ideal for extra storage which makes it very useful from clothing to linen, a perfect piece.
There's no doubt the exterior of this chest has been completely transformed, but the good news is, it doesnt stop there. The drawer interiors have had just as much attention lavished on them. They are lined in a wonderfully textured paper that ties the interior to the exterior beautifully.
The strong sturdy body is a combination of solid wood and wood veneer, and has been finished with Polycoat and wax for additional protection against the thrills and spills of modern living.
These drawers are going to look stunning standing on a landing with a beautiful vase of blousy blooms on top, or perhaps in a bedroom with family photo's and a pretty lamp.
