The Fullotone wind-up gramophone in a cabinet is a genuine antique from the early 20th century (typically 1920s),
 with a variable speed control, internal horn, and record storage.
 These gramophones were made by The Cabinet Gramophone Co. in London
 and are functional, mechanical devices that play 78 rpm shellac records.
The volume is adjusted buy opening and closing the top cupboard door.
Key Features and Specifications
Mechanism: The gramophone is a purely mechanical, non-electric device that operates by a manual wind-up crank motor.
Speed Control: It includes a slow-fast speed control mechanism to adjust the turntable speed, 
which is typically designed for playing 78 rpm shellac records.
Cabinet: The unit is housed in a floor-standing wooden cabinet, 
featuring a hinged lid to access the turntable and doors on the front that open to a storage compartment for records.
Sound: The sound is produced acoustically through an internal horn.

The Gramophone is fully working and all of the records that come with it do play.
