John Herbert designed the Toledo range for Younger Ltd in the early 1970’s. They aimed at the high end of the market and kept production low making this range harder and harder to find. I am lucky enough to have two sideboards in stock at the moment available for commission.

"I don’t like to match furniture and love mish mash, quirky and odd looking things lol. I absolutely love them. My house is 203 years old and is grade II listed. I think it makes an old cottage come alive and puts a modern twist on it. I love furniture that tells a story or gets people talking at a house party".

All is well with the cabinet and looks great. It's in storage for a while, the room is not ready as the house is under renovation but will be perfect and I think will be much-loved. Bringing a house and furniture to life is a rewarding combination.

It is my partner’s favourite piece. We love antiques as they are very aesthetically pleasing – especially for an old house. You know also that, with old stuff they were built to last. I am very happy with experience. The drawers were well polished and packed with care. Delivery was easy as well as the 2 man’d service was a doddle.
