Painted in a deep grey, almost black mineral paint and varnished for durability.
The front of the drawers have been lined with Graham & Brown Quarters Sepia paper, a neutral and grounded colour palette, that complements the surrounding black paint.

The chest of drawers boasts two good-sized drawers and three smaller drawers above, providing plenty of storage.

PRE-LOVED FURNITURE
This is a vintage piece of furniture has been restored skilfully, with high attention to detail, however, it may show signs of a previous life in the form of background repairs, or may have a dink here and there. This in no way hinders the functionality of the piece and only adds to its character.
Freshly painted furniture can take up to 28 days to harden. We advise you during this period to take extra care. The paint used on this piece is waterproof, however, it is still recommended to use coasters and dusting should only be done with a slightly damp lint-free cloth. Any chemicals should be avoided.
DELIVERY
The delivery cost covers delivery to mainland UK, with the exception of Cornwall and Scotland. Please contact me for a quote if you want delivery to one of these locations.
** Please note that delivery will be made by a 1 man courier company to the ground floor. This means that for heavy items help lifting and carrying will be required on delivery. If you are unable to provide help on delivery or if the item needs carrying upstairs, please contact me before buying as delivery charges may need to be recalculated.
CANCELLATIONS
We offer free cancellation and a full refund for orders canceled before dispatching. In line with distance selling regulations, you have a 14 day cooling-off period once you have received your item, during which time you can return the item. Return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

I wanted a bit more of a statement piece for the alcove in my dining room and instantly loved the fabric on this restored chair. It looks great and something different to what’s available in a furniture store. Customer service and delivery was great too and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Upcite to friends and family. I would LIKE to be able to say that every purchase I make is dominated by deciding what's best for the environment.
However, to be honest it's more the individual artistry that goes into it that makes it a special unique piece of furniture. You simply cannot buy that new. Unless I suppose you commission an individual piece, in which case the astronomical price would put me off.
I was trawling for sideboards several months ago and one just jumped out screaming "buy me!" I did and I absolutely love it. I bought a beautiful trunk from her as well.
So now I will always see what upcycled beauties are available before buying new.
I honestly was so delighted with finally getting hold of this beautiful piece which I had set my eyes on for sometime now! The communication with the seller was outstanding, he was so engaged in securing the assembly and delivery happens. Honestly, UPCITE was a great experience for me with your few emails checking is all fine. Very spot on for this type of items. The only leaa pleasant experience was the delivery team themselves, not the courier company; they damaged some paint on my walls, on the bookcase. Perhaps the packing could also be more secured at the edges as discussed with Gabriel.
