All items receive extensive preparation, including cleaning, sanding, masking, priming, painting, and sealing, to guarantee long-lasting durability.
Each of my pieces are reloved in a caring manner - cleaned, sanded and fully prepped but they all come to me with a past life and as such can sometimes show signs of these lives, please bare this in mind when purchasing. A careful dusting with a lint free cloth which can be slightly damp. As with all wooden and painted furniture a coaster should be used and harsh chemicals avoided. Hot drinks and wet items can leave marks. Pieces are waxed or varnished for protection and with the right love and care can last for years

We found this really good website called Upcite where we saw lots of different and unusual furniture. We were after something oldie looking to go under the eaves in our little snug room that has oak beams. This needed to be a specific size and look. Soo pleased when we found the Upcite website with a range of possibilities. We ordered a sideboard and it arrived within a few days and fits perfectly. It now looks lovely with it’s Christmas Garland on! From our experience we would recommend Upcite to others.
I did eventually receive the sideboard after a lot of back and forth, and the seller reached out to me. It arrived with a few scratches but that’s not the sellers fault and can be touched up. The experience however was rather stressful. I wish the seller had been as proactive from the start and not only after I complained, as it is simply nerve wrecking to spend close to £1000 and then never really hear from them and having to chase them repeatedly and the item not being delivered when it was agreed. Overall I am happy with the sideboard, but my experience wasn’t great and that’s how I genuinely feel.
