We all know, Gold is classic. William Shakespeare said ”Gold – what it not do, and undo?” it makes design appealing, elegant, classic and in the same time luxurious and when combined with original beauty, deep navy blue this creates a dramatic and timeless effect.

The sideboard consists of three cupboards, with the central double cupboard being transformed into a luxurious drinks cabinet.

The whole unit has been stripped back to its beautiful bare bones. Fusion Midnight Blue has been used only to frame and enhance the beautiful Burr Walnut grain. Deep gold highlights all of the beautiful carved areas. The main attraction is the grain of the wood which has been highlighted and nourished with 3 coats of Osmo varnish.

The two outer cupboards have remained in their original condition, with the wood being treated with a furniture salve. Open the central double doors and let light flood into your new drinks cabinet area. Mirror adorns the base and rear, adding an additional feel of luxury. A glass rack, capable of holding up to 9 glasses sits to the right leaving plenty of space for smaller glasses underneath and a vast space to the left for all of those important bottles. As a bonus cocktail stick holders and sticks have been placed on the newly painted blue doors.
