This beautiful old style school desk was looking very tired and drab. As is, it was destined for the dump. I took it upon myself to give it a new lease on life and show me a kid who doesn't love the marvels?
I though it would look lovely in durable bright colours such as navy, orange, green, turquoise, yellow, red and many more. Each leg has been painted in a different colour to compliment the image on the top and the inside.
2 new modern brass screw caps have been added to the top. The hinges that open and close the lid were cleaned up and re attached as they were in perfect working order. The inside of the lid was left as is, a nod to its previous life.
