This vintage sideboard has an undergone a total transformation and now has a striking new design inside and out. It’s been professionally refinished to a high standard throughout, and is ready for a new home! It’s covered head to toe in a gorgeous velvet fabric - depicting a jungle print pattern in a vintage colour scheme. The studs that frame the fabric are antique gold in colour, and marry with the fabric beautifully. It has a mix of painted black and gold sections to highlight certain features and outline the shape, whilst keeping some bare wooden sections too for contrast. All together the different sections balance and compliment the fabric and overall design beautifully. The hardware is the original, and has been painted gold to match the studwork. The inside has not been forgotten - the shelves are painted black with gold trims to marry with the exterior, and the wood inside is freshly treated with sumptuous oil. There are 2 large top drawers and 2 cupboards below which have 2 shelves inside. The bottom doors both lock.

The whole piece has been stripped/ sanded/ cleaned/ painted/ treated and sealed using professional products. All work is completed by hand.

* This is an antique piece of furniture that has been upcycled, it is not brand new - meaning it may have some minor marks/ blemishes on it from age related wear and tear. However I do pride myself on the finish I achieve so any marks will be minor and repaired to the best of my ability. These are part of its character and history. I do not accept refunds due to this.

Kraken Drawers

My new table arrived from PinkDotUpcycling at Upcite and omg I'm in love! I so miss being able to do this kind of thing myself, but cannot fault the work done to bring this table back to life and just look how stunning my kraken's bride is!! . Off to follow the FB groups now to see what other unique pretties I can find! Technically a lamp table, but us three being shorties means it will work just fine for crafting, science experiments etc. . . Only opened up to protect the artwork and a table cloth!.
