Once upon a time, there was a mahogany table, she was a demi lune. Originally when first created, she was a popular shiny mahogany table, that everyone had in their home, maybe in a hallway or living room.
As time went on, approx 50 years or so, the little table started showing signs of age, a little wrinkle here a dink there. Some people would of signed her off, maybe even put her on a bonfire.
I could see her beauty though, I knew she could be just as loved as she once was with a little makeover. And so her time had come.
A good clean, a lotta sanding, some more cleaning, a good prime, farrow and ball purple shade named 'brassica' and then to fun stuff...
A hidden drawer? Yesss!
Mirror mosaic? Oh absolutely! This girl needs to sparkle and shine like her life depends on it ✨
Cow hide feet? A vibe i didn't know she needed, she wouldn't be complete without it. Maybe not vegan friendly. Once a rug, now part of table legs. Saved from waste and worse landfill ✅
A vintage, reimagined, refurbished side table measuring at 84cm, at her widest part, 42cm at her deepest and 76cm in height. Fully functional and beautiful, may show the odd sign of her age.
This beauty is sure to be a statement piece and a conversation starter.
