Say hello to this sassy unit 'Bathing Belles'. Lovely retro piece.
A one off freshly refurbished / re-imagened LEBUS drawer unit.
Two large drawers and two useful small ones.
This started life as a dressing table with a large mirror and glass shelf. However with no knee hole for a stool I felt it was a bit impractical, so the mirror was removed and the glass shelf replaced with a wooden one with beading along the front to add a little interest. 
Refurbished using a combination of decoupage and free hand painting.
Main colour is a gorgeous blue from Vintage with Grace called 'Surfer'. 
Subtle pink stripes have been added and various colours and styles have been used to blend and to give an aged feel to the piece.
Original handles have been painted to match.
Drawers have all been lined with a complimentary paper.
Several coats of varnish have been applied for protection.

All my pieces are pre-loved, so there may be odd signs of wear and tear. Nothing detrimental to the piece, and I feel these odd dings, dents etc just add to the story of the item.Anything more significant will be mentioned in the description or repaired prior to upcycling.
