This refurbished Rivington drinks cabinet is a stylish piece of furniture that combines vintage charm with modern functionality. This statement cocktail bar would be a gorgeous showpiece for any home and is guaranteed to add sophistication and glamour to your home.
This petite bar is the perfect size for storing and displaying your favourite spirits and glassware, without taking up too much room. It can be tucked away in a corner or be the focal point of the room, either option giving you a designated space for mixing and enjoying cocktails with friends and family.
The walnut wood on the outside has been refurbished to a high standard and made to be the star of the show with some added small gold accents. However, open up the cabinet doors, and the party really starts! The inside has been lined with a beautiful dark green wallpaper featuring evergreen leaves on a textured background with metallic detailing. Monstera leaves have been stencilled on the inside of the doors in a cool gold colour to complement the wallpaper. Combined, this gives the cabinet a striking and unique look when open and on display. The original mirrors have been kept in the upper part of the drinks cabinet to maintain the retro authenticity of the bar.
The internal light has been re-wired and an LED bulb added to make it energy efficient and safe for a modern home. Some small black legs have been added to give it some additional height and raise it off the floor.

"I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years".

"I don’t like to match furniture and love mish mash, quirky and odd looking things lol. I absolutely love them. My house is 203 years old and is grade II listed. I think it makes an old cottage come alive and puts a modern twist on it. I love furniture that tells a story or gets people talking at a house party".
