The dogtooth- houndstooth pattern will never go out of fashion or become outdated, so it was perfect match with this classic Schreiber piece.
The unit itself is hand painted in black satin finish and the drawer fronts are dark grey/black houndstooth pattern fitted with grey and white marble handles/pulls with a touch of gold line following the pattern.
It has 3 spacious drawers varying in sizes, the bottom drawer is the deepest in 13cm, the middle one is 11cm and the top drawer is 8cm. The drawers are curved in the back as one of the photo illustrates that.

Collection is welcome from Cardiff, Wales. Delivery is free in the UK mainland where I deliver my pieces in person whenever I can, if I can't I will arrange a trusted currier for you.

"I was looking for a piece to stand next to a small ornate fireplace in our 1920’s build home and kept coming back to this lovely makeover, named ‘Grace’. I’m so delighted to have bought it. Mandy took time and care in delivering it and although she emphasised the fact it was an old piece I can only re-emphasise that that is exactly what I was looking for. It is testament to her skills that she has given ‘Grace’ a wonderful new lease of life. The stencilling on the drawers is top notch; the piece is painted beautifully - including the bits you wouldn’t normally see, which I prefer. The beautifully highlighted claw feet on the bottom of the piece are a real treat to look at, and my beady-eyed art tutor/’general expert on painted stuff’ agreed Mandys’ work is superb – sympathetic to the piece and to a high standard. I know I shall enjoy having Grace grace our home for many years".
