I have hand painted these pine chest of drawers in sunset colours to create a blended ombre effect of the sunrise over New York City. The skyline is hand painted in black Onyx with my impression of the NYC skyline reflected in the Hudson River it towers over.
To create the paint blend effect I have used the new Fusion Alchemy paint range in shades of Raspberry, Marigold, Harvest and Sunset. I have applied a top coat of Fusions Tough coat for added durability and even the insides of the drawers have been treated to a paint wash ombre to brighten them up.
This striking and very unique tallboy would make a jaw dropping statement piece in any home and would be versatile enough to be used in a bedroom, office, lounge, dining room or even a shop front! It certainly deserves to stand centre stage and create a talking point for your visitors and guests!
